By accessing or using TurboLeech ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

TurboLeech provides a premium link generation service that allows users to generate high-speed download links from various file hosting services. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

3. User Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the Service only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to circumvent any security measures or rate limits
• Not use automated tools to access the Service beyond the provided API
• Not use the Service to download copyrighted material without authorization
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws

4. Fair Usage Policy

Free users are limited to 10 link generations per day. API users are subject to the limits of their subscription tier. TurboLeech reserves the right to restrict access for users who abuse the service.

5. Intellectual Property

TurboLeech does not host, store, or distribute any files. We act solely as an intermediary to generate download links. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the right to access any files they download through our Service.

6. Limitation of Liability

TurboLeech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user in the preceding 12 months.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. API Terms

API access is subject to additional terms. API keys are non-transferable. TurboLeech reserves the right to revoke API access for violation of these terms or excessive usage beyond the subscribed plan.

9. Termination

TurboLeech reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be announced on our website.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam.
